Yes, absolutely. All Vertex Labs compounds undergo rigorous third-party testing through an independent third-party laboratory. Each batch is tested using HPLC-MS/MS to verify purity, identity, and concentration.
Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports are available upon request for all current batches.
Card payments appear on your bank or card statement as VERTEX LABS. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us at orders@vertexlabs.shop or (617) 885-7998 before contacting your bank — we can identify the order and, where appropriate, refund it faster than a dispute.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $10.

Every complaint is acknowledged within 1 business day and resolved, with a written outcome, within 7 business days. Reports of illegal content or misuse of the site are reviewed within 2 business days.

Given the nature of laboratory reference materials, we do not accept returns of opened or used materials. We will issue a replacement or full refund for orders that arrive damaged, are shipped incorrectly due to our error, or are lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable.
