Documentation & Certificate of Analysis

1. What Is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is a lot-specific analytical document confirming the identity, purity, and quality of a reference material. Each CoA includes:

• Identity verification: Confirmed by HPLC, mass spectrometry, or NMR as applicable
• Purity analysis: Reported as percentage purity by HPLC (≥99% for all Vertex Labs materials)
• Lot number: Unique identifier linking the document to the shipped batch
• Testing laboratory: Name and accreditation of the third-party analytical lab
• Test date: Date the analysis was performed

2. Our Testing Partner

Vertex Labs uses Janoshik Analytical as our primary third-party testing laboratory. Janoshik is an independent analytical chemistry laboratory providing HPLC purity analysis and identity verification for research-grade compounds. All CoA documents reference the Janoshik lot number and can be verified directly with the laboratory.

3. How to Request a CoA

To request the Certificate of Analysis for any order:

2. Specify which product(s) you need documentation for
3. We will reply with the CoA PDF within 1 business day

4. Quality Standards

Every Vertex Labs reference material meets the following standards before shipment:

• ≥99% purity by HPLC
• Identity confirmed by independent third-party analysis
• Lot-level traceability from synthesis to shipment
• Lyophilized form for stability and extended shelf life under proper storage conditions
